Help me /fit/
I am 23y/o and still have bad skin.
Not as bad as acne but still there are several zits on my face and several red spots.

So far I cut dairy products from my food list and reduced meat.

Still it does not help a lot.

Have you got any special tips to get rid of this shit?

You should see a dermatologist if it's troubling you severely. There are so many different conditions that they can identify for you.

I have pretty shit skin too though so I think I can give a little advice.

>Eat cleaner, take a multi.
>Invest in a good, gentle face scrub.
>If said face scrub is geared towards acne, then buy a gentle FACIAL moisturizer.

I'm 23 and I follow the tips I've provided. I can say that my complexion is really great these days. Not too oily, not too dry. I never get acne, etc.

And I used to have acne all the time and painful red splotches all over my face that made me look like a goddamn mutant. But i fixed it with a little know how and building good habits.

The biggest point could be stress but even when I did not have as much stress as I have now I had almost the same problems.

I will try the Vitamins tho. I read that too much added B6+B12 can make it even worse.

I thought about this a lot. I eat about 70-80% vegan.
What I ask myself when it comes to cutting out sugar: What about fruits and fruit juice without added sugar? Is this ok?

Do ALL of the following and your skin will clear up forever.

>drink a minimum of a gallon of water per day
>wash your face every 12 hours with a gentle non-comedogenic cleanser
>blot your face dry with a clean towel (do not "wipe" or "rake" it across your face)
>apply benzoyl peroxide 5 mins after washing
>apply non-comedogenic lotion 5 minutes after BP
>never touch your face other than when doing the above
>get 8 hours of sleep per night
>change your sheets once a week
>sleep on your back. If you're a pussy and you can't, stop using all hair product, it gets on your pillowcase and rubs into your face
