How does one reprograms himself to stop worrying and remove anxiety in general. I have read that fasting help in things like this(to learn it faster) and another thing tried by myself that really helps is releasing muscles tension and when done(for example walking outside or whatever) I feel really free but I don't know how to do it all the time since I just forget about it.

I'm pretty sure its possible since I have done it with other things, like eating healthy since I get grossed by junkfood nowadays. Fasting and meditation got me off anxiety meds and I've struggled for years with this stuff. Finally got peace.
To get sustainable results make it into a daily routine. I always take two hours off in the evening to meditate, and fast the last half of the day (I eat one meal before noon and nothing after). Herbal tea in the evenings to hydrate. It works for me. I don't know your life but you could see if you find a similar rhythm.
