I used to lift year and years back and maintenance my gains after I quit then. It's been 3 months and I've lost nothing this time either. Only scrawny days who can't keep weight on lose muscle.

I'm 27, I started doing bodyweight exercises at 11. Then free weights at 14- 19. Took it back up at 25. I have no doubt I put in more time than you. I don't take pictures of myself because I have no social media accounts, you honestly sound insecure.
If you just want to mantain it, just do some bodyweights 20 min or less everyday before your shower, easy as fuck, if you're already jacked. Except most consistent lifters enjoy hitting the gym, that's the difference. What are your number BP, Squat and Diddlys?
