Hey /fit/
I fell over and injured my lower back yesterday
What kinda exercises should I do to speed up my recovery?

Deadlifts done with perfect form will help your back muscles and improve posture better than any other exercise.

Very funny...
I meant like stretches and stuff
Inversion table.
Although I'm not sure how soon after you got injured you should do it.

Don't have access to one of those make-shift euthanasia machines

How injured are you? Does it feel like muscular strain or more in the vertebrae?
>>40409794
Would massaging it be a bad idea?

Found a picture to illustrate where it is
It feels to me more the bone than the muscle
When sat still with good posture it doesn't really hurt but when moving around it does

Enjoy you compressed disks or impinged nerve then. It could go away on it's own without you doing anything, but if you feel discomfort months later, I strongly suggest you try finding a way do hang upside down. Fixed my shit after a few times doing it.
