Just found out my total T level is 355. Always wondered why I was so shit at lifting and life, in general. What's next for me anon?
For one, it depends on your age, and all tests measure differently. Dont know shit without reference interval.
However, I have about the same amount and similar shit results.
So me? I joined the /fraud/ train and Im not looking back
If nature isnt going to make me the best man I can be, then Ill pin it in myself

How did you get gear? I don't really even know where to begin.
I'm 23 btw. Lower 5% I guess.

^^^Research that wiki first, but you wont find sources. You need to start there. Check the many Ask Anything threads, chime in if you have questions.
Lurk /fraud/ but we dont discuss sources there either.
After youve been doing enough research, youll have a better idea of where to get it.
I think I may have low T as well. Small hands, weak chin, not aggressive, incredibly slow facial hair growth, difficulty in strength/muscle gains, depressions, the works
I'm 22. Will it get better or should I see a doctor?

Just get bloods done. There are literally hundreds of other explanations other than low T. My friend said the same shit but just had totally inefficient workouts and shit diet and normal bloods.
355 isn't even low, males range from 200 to 800

Again, not true.
Also none of these posts have contained Free Test levels which you need.
My last test the RI was 340-1180. If you had 200 they wouldve thrown you on TRT.
Men in their 20s should average around 500 Total Test. Low 300s is equivalent to a man in his 40s.
And thats just bad thinking in general. 300-400 Test may not cripple your life but its going to make you less successful naturally than most others your age. Your sex drive, energy levels, anxiety and depression, strength gains, and immunity levels will all be negatively affected.

Hey guys, I got my T levels checked a while back, but my Doc marked them as "no action required". Browsing through this thread I'm worried. Can somebody help me understand how I rate in terms of test levels? I'm a 19 yo male.
>Total test
21.5 nmol/L
>SHBG
40 nmol/L
>Calculated free test
416 pmol/L
