The way I see it (and Reg Park agreed with me) natties are better off training full body 2 to 3 days a week with heavy compounds and then resting as much as possible.

It doesn't list it specifically as dog urine but I think I read somewhere it was. So by the mid 30's we had test injections. IIRC the Germans were using test on troops in early WWII.

day 1:

>clean and jerk
>cleans (a bit heavier)
>barbell curl

day 2:
>curl to press with dumbbells
>clean and press
>kb swings
>deadlift

day 3:

>1 hand clean and jerk

>squat

day 4

>lateral raises
>finger deadlifts

day 5:

DESU you probably cant handle this volume. if i wanted to train like goerner id do 3 days a week:

monday would be clean and press and the olympic lifts

wednesday would be squats, dumbbell presses and barbell curls

friday would be deadlifts, grip stuff and maybe kb swings
