I'm 165 on the dot, where I've stalled out the past couple weeks due to weekend beer fests that kept screwing up my progress. Now I'm cutting booze out to focus on the cut.

My goal is to reach the physique you're at now in 1 or more likely 2 years. Do you recommend cutting down to OP's BF% or start the bulk process sooner? I figure if it only takes another 4-8 weeks or so I would rather get lean and then bulk slowly.

I guess it depends on how you deal with cutting. I hate cutting. Being on a caloric deficit for too long fucks up by sense of humour and makes me feel miserable. I can honestly say I'd never cut down to OP's level unless I was getting paid to do it. Never went that low bf% so to answer your question no I wouldn't recommend it because you don't need to go through that to get where I am right now.

I know, I know, my physique is a bit fucked up right now but I've got everything under control.
I have some weird pec insertions so I can't really do much to fix them.
I never really gave arms enough attention before. I was half squatting for the first 5 months. And recently my legs got put on hold for about a month because I fucked up my ankle.
Also, I keep telling myself I'm gonna start training abs on rest days but I keep putting it off. I'm just gonna throw ab stuff at the end of my leg days.

Sets of 10, each full weight set followed by partial reps on a place you want to focus (locking your elbows during bench press isolates your pecs and obliques), then reduce the weight by 1/4-1/5 and do it all again. That's all one set.
Do 3-4 exercises per workout, 4-5 days a week. Get 4-5 days of cardio, to.

UL is meant to be heavy compounds, 3x5 with 3x8 accessories. PPL is 4x8 on compounds and 3x12 on accessories.

Really no set exercises per se, usually do 3x5 on main compounds on the heavy days with an assistance exercise for each small muscle group. PPL is way more varied, like 4-5 exercises for main groups (chest, back, shoulders, legs) then 2 for isolation exercises.

Sounds autistic as fuck but I could copy paste the original I had if you're interested. I've found ULxPPLx is the best routine for me.

Accessories for me depend more on how crowded the gym is. College gym so anytime in the afternoon means it's fucking packed.

On the PPL I usually try to focus on my biggest weakness on the appropriate day. Back thickness has always been a flaw so I add extra sets of rows or something.
