This is pretty much me. I'm 29 and am in the best shape of my life. I'm WAY past where I was when I was 23-24, both strength-wise and aesthetically.

A lot of that has to do with much more expendable income, whereas now I can afford proper diet and supplementation, as well as having a set work schedule to get a consistent workout routine every single week, rather than off and on inbetween exams and shit.
