I realize it's not considered a power lift, but I have some form trouble with my overhead press.

My lower back tends arch a bit as a result of my core not being strong enough or not being engaged enough. I'm going to try to focus more on engaging my serratus while pressing, but in the mean time, are there any accessory core exercises you can recommend that can help my overhead press?

That's a great point, thank you. I worked on good mornings but it increased my sciatica (even with empty bar and good bracing). I'll look into something else for posterior chain work.

Lifted two days ago and felt amazing so I decided to try 84% squats, which for me was 295lbs. I was able to hit it for a 4x5 despite struggling and almost failing that same weight a week ago on Sheiko at a scheme of 4x2.

Also running it for 3 weeks, taking a 1 week break to eat a bit below maintenance, then hopping back on for another 3 weeks. End goal is around 175-180.

Really, you just need a big back for bench so rack pulls and pendlay rows should help a lot. Maybe cheat rows?

I fucking hate rowing so I do pull-ups, but of you like rows then do a LOT of what you like.

Seated Rows are probably the easiest to do, or at least the confyiest.
