And, no, it doesn't really do them a lot of benefit, or at least HGH does not. Last I checked, the most recently published meta-analysis showed that while HGH helped keep weight on, or increase body mass, it did not contribute to musculoskeletal strength, reduction in falls, or post-fall morbidity/mortality.
