How does it feel taking 1 year to reach lmao 3pl8 squats?

Shedding fat is fucking easy, I bulked up to around 20% bf on 5x5 and I got strong as fuck. You know how long it took me to shred off that fat once I was over 1/2/3/4pl8? A few months, tops.

Nothing is aesthetic about being a skinnyass. Cutting fat is all about diet control, putting on muscle is the hardest part, and all you're doing is taking the long road by not progressing every workout because "muh abs".

Squating 350 for sets of 10 will be able to develop bigger legs than someone who can only squat 250 for sets of 10, all things being equal, how do you get to squatting 350 for 10 for multiple sets? Get your squat up to 450 x5. How do you get your squat up to 405 x 5 the fastest? Increase your strength on a strength training program in a caloric surplus. Cutting weight is fucking easy, do it after.

If a novice spends 1 year on 5/5 doing it correctly and then tweaks his programming and cuts and heads towards bodybuilding for another year, he will be far ahead of the novice who spends his first 12 months doing bodybuilding work and insisting he hovers around 10% bf.

just a sidenote I think it's worth people on /fit/ reading up on bodyfat set points, how new fat cells are formed and how fat cells hypertrophy/atrophy and maybe there wouldn't be so many retards thinking there's nothing wrong with getting fat so long as they cut it off later and thinking they don't need to go below 12-15% when they eventually get round to cutting
