I've used MPF and fat-secret in the past for prep, I prefer fit genie because you can quick-add macros, and the calories add up automatically when you add in the macros.

Also, its got AI programmed into it so it will adjust your macros based on how you feel, it asks you questions like how hungry you feel on X macros, and adjusts as you go etc. It's basically like having a macro coach.

I use simple macro. It's an offline app and is really fast and easy to use. Only problem is that it doesn't look up food for you, but you can save entries so it can autofill them in in the future.
