I need help on my form with my squat

Got a video of my squat instead of pictures so hopefully this will be helpful for you guys. I'm pushing literal baby weight at this point, but i've already come close to snapping my shit up once before by not knowing what I was doing by throwing around weights in my basement, so I prefer to take it slow starting at something like a sub 1 plate squat.

I think i've got pretty fucked butt wink in the video, and i'm probably keeping the bar over my toes instead of midfoot, which would be fixed by keeping my chest up higher I assume.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, please tear me apart

You have to stretch your hip flexors everyday. Do the couch stretch, do any sort of stretch that does it.
When you walk, flex your glutes.

Go in the mirror and stand sideways. Don't do anything but stand normal. Then flex your glutes as hard as you can. You're going to want to get your natural position into somewhere between max relaxed and max flexed. It will take a while but it will help you out. BB Glute bridges and BB hip thrusts will help you with this as well.

Your hamstrings are likely shorter due to your apt and nothing you do will really fix that until you fix your tilt. I mean you can stretch them, foamroll them, etc, but it won't alleviate your issue entirely. A lacross ball on a chair is a good one though

And if you're like me, squatting is guaranteed to fuck you up. So find something else.

But look up anterior pelvic tilt yourself and see what you can do. I only skimmed through some fixes. You gotta read about it and see how much relates to you to really know.

I don't know if that's what it is, but that's what mine is and I know how incredibly frustrating it is to ask on this board (and Google) and have people tell you a bunch of things it clearly isn't. I finally figured it out a couple weeks ago stretching and it's a real eye opener.

So if you have it, good luck fixing it and glad I could help.

Also those stretches are going to be the worst things in your life. And the couch stretch is mild compared to some of them.

You need to work on back tightness. Also consider widening out your stance, the forward lean you have to employ to keep the bar over midfoot is pretty extreme, something I personally struggled with for a very long time.

Not the person you're attempting to admonish but I love lifting alone. All my lifts went up, I can work on my form without feeling rushed at a station so now I have impeccable form, my gym has all the essentials and is only meters away from my house.

Given that my gym is on my own private property I can invite whoever I want to train with or simply enjoy the space without being pestered by stinking pajeets, Insta sluts, or any other fitness faggotry types.
