I dont buy whey faggot!
I eat a ton of beans and milk and occasionally pork and chicken.

the chicken? remove tendons and fat, blood, then put into oven tray. squeeze lemons over it, pepper and other seasonings. put in preheated oven at 175°C for around 20 min. will be good at 70°C inside chicken (take meat thermometer or just cut open and look).
the rice is served with red pepper sauce. just 1kg bell peppers in the food processor and siracha, enough for days. I'm eating 625g of rice per week (under 100g per day), but you can use more, depending on cutting bulking etc.

i tried frying like 1.8 kg of chicken breast once, but it got all dry on the second day, and it was basically unedible. How do you overcome that?
>>40381191
would eating 10 eggs a day plus whatever my mom makes for dinner and protein powder be enough to gain mass?
>>40381964

well, for my chicken to be moist, it's baked. after that i freeze my portions. microwave on low power for some time (high power tends to make the outside inedible and the inside cold).
