hello, /fit/izens. i started lifting last year with my dad and his crazy program, and since i started researching stuff myself i'm wondering if i should change to SS or anything similar? or maybe i should just keep with my current program since i'm already used to it? i'm having progress, but i feel i could have faster results.

here's my progress:

july 20th 2016

height: 176cm / 5'9
weight: 53kg / 117lb

back squat 11reps x 24kg / 53lb
front squat 9reps x 24kg / 53lb
deadlift 12reps x 24kg / 53lb

weight: 57kg / 126lb
(STILL A SKELLY)

front squat 8reps x 36kg / 79lb
deadlift 13reps x 44kg / 97lb

ok im the guy thats fappin and i actually just read your thread. i personally started out doing reg parks 5x5 with no problem whatsoever. transitioned into a PPL later on and then back to a strength routine when i got sick of it (madcow 5x5). currently running PHAT and enjoying it a lot. imo what routine you start with doesnt matter as long as you are doing heavy compounds + progressive overload. SS is good for strength, reg parks is good for strength and not looking like a trex sperg

Those lifts are complete shit for 1 year. Deadlift 44kg? Wtf, should be 120+ after a year for example. Get on a program, any program. SS, SL, PPL, anything.

hurt my back while using ab roller
now i´m doing street workout now and biking to lost body fat, knee still hurts time to time

medic care denies to attend back, can´t increase squat or dl for some time
