How do increase my rate of waking up
When i wake up i browse my phone and snooze for 30-45 mins this results in me not going to the gym and laying in bed for waaaaaayyyy to long.

There's an app called Sleep Cycle. It's pretty good at waking you up gently and at the right time.
Also, you know, go to bed earlier.
I've found it helps to have something to look forward to in the morning. Find something you love (journaling, stretching, walks, shower, etc.) and do that first thing after waking up.

Turn on the light or open the curtains.
And get in a higher position. I just put some pillows behind my back so I'm more in a sitting position

Last year started to make myself wake up at 9am, when i would usually wake up at 11-12pm
Pulled my bed time back too
Recently started waking up at 7am
Started waking up at 5am now as of last night

Get enough sleep and get to bed earlier. Also stay hydrated throughout the day, don't drink caffeine after dinner, and stop drinking alcohol 2 hours before bed.
