I was an athlete all the way up through college. Then let myself go big-time. Had a decent foundation of strength and lifting experience because I've weight-lifted since I was about 12 years old. Just took a friend getting me motivated again, and back in the gym. And the rest is history I guess...

Yeah, unfortunately I have some excess skin. It's not nearly as bad as some people's, but still bothersome. I'm trying to apply lots of cocoa butter to the area, and hoping that it reduces slightly over the next few years.
