Did mostly bodyweight training and tabata and IF.
But since december of last year I've gone into maintenance or slightly over along with calisthenics+curlbro routine.

Ottermode+curlbro Dadbod might be the best mode for me.

I actually put on about 10 pounds
between 2 and 3.

And yeah, I've heard about it. It's supposed to be pretty good. But I believe that I'm not at a bodfat level low enough to fully take advantage of it.

Nothing fancy.
Drank a cup of black coffee in the morning, drank up to and over a gallon of water a day.
Eat once a day but make sure I got all of my macros little in the way of excess carbs unless I worked out immediately before I ate.
Only eat home cooked meals.
Saturdays I usually ate at maintenance and anything I wanted but I stayed away from empty carbs.

Every few weeks or whenever the diet started to feel like an utter slog I'd eat at maintenance and throw in some more junkfoods. Usually some sugary snack.

I started with cardiovascular and a 500kcal deficit. Once I could run 5k (took me about 3 months) I started SS. I did SS for a month, swapped to bodyweight and started running again, did that for a month and now I'm back on SS, for a total of 6 months, on a calorie deficit the entire time.
Just keep at it man. I've had brutal cheat days and skipped the gym but whenever I fall of I hop right back on and keep at it.
