>Front squat>high bar>low bar
Is this correct?
Reverse it and yes it is correct
>>40369799
but front squat works core too. and it's the most challenging
>>40369816
you think low bar doesnt "work core"? lmao
>>40369816
All squats work core. Just because it's tougher to lift more weight in a front squat doesn't mean it's any better.
fronts better, dont let anyone tell you different

I never felt much in the core with back squats. But with front I struggle to catch my breath at the top.
>tfw can't do front squats because wrists can't take the weight
>tfw can't grip it with fingers so I can elevate my elbows properly and not put so much weight on wrists because I don't have a rack
>tfw legs are doomed for all eternity
>tfw the nuances of a home gym

just buy a small shitty rack, dont need the whole cage for front squat
That depends on wether you're a power lifter or weightlifter desu
And also if you're interested in quad strength or general leg development.
But I don't expect anyone on this board to accept this because you're all noobs with extreme mindsets that honestly believes one variation of the exercises is superior to the others and will argue to the death over it when you fail to realize that there each just as useful for what they're designed to do.

This meme has to die.
They do different things, neither is superior
>not front squatting
you're missing out on functional strength
