Hey guys,

Starting my first cut pretty soon (1 week) and was wondering if anyone has any tips regarding cutting and how to do it most efficiently.

Drink lot's a water and space your meals so you won't be hungry all day.

so I just drink a lot of water throughout the day and only eat to stop feeling hungry instead of eating to the point of feeling full.

I was going to talk about this 250 lbs fat ass gym person that my work hired to give advice about dieting. god damn she was awful. it was sad watching this clam waddle her way to the stage.

Lower your carbs on rest days. Stop drinking anything but water.
