Hey fit ive recently started getting a sharp pain in circled area when i do my curls. My form is proper and its only a 40lb curl.
I made a makeshift brace out of a handwrap on it and it seems to have stopped the pain and i can lift again but im wondering if i should call my doctor or is it not a serious problem and should just take a couple days off?
Im still over weight and still a novice at lifting.

lmao, is it when actively curling, or immediately after? I used to get pain there at the cessation of a curl set. Someone said it may be an imbalance between the muscles of the forearm.
Anyways, i switched to EZ bar curls and the pain stopped.
