Detox is a meme
Detox isn't a thing. "Toxins" aren't real.
Like Dr. Drew says. Show me what a toxin is. Draw the chemical formula, give a name, explain how it interacts with the human body and what methodology it uses to do so.
But you can't, because these "toxins" aren't a thing.

In biology/physiology, a toxcin is anything that interferes with organic biochemical reactions/physiology. For example, in your lymphatic system, cytotoxic T cells will release cytotoxins (lymphtoxins) to kill foreign cells.
Long term is out of the question, because you will either crash and relapse back to bad food or simply just die from malnutrition. Possible third outcome is depression.
Realistically, it's a way for fitness chicks to do the next meme thing and 'cleanse'. All theyre really doing is temporarily cutting. Diet over time

Yeah I know that. I'm talking about the imaginary "toxins" that normies refer to. The ones that, for example, are "pulled out through your feet" when you wear those detoxifying shoe inserts.

You already have a liver and two kidneys. That's more than enough to detox your body.
You just keep a healthy diet and they will do the job.
They are nice for shrinking your stomach quickly before a cut, but I wouldn't recommend doing more than 1 day, 3 at most.
