Cant do pullups, what would be a good progression to start?

Jump to get in position and do your best to control the negatives.
Bands might help if you have some.
Does your gym not have assisted machines? They should have one that will lift you to aid in pull ups. Or you can use bands to help out.

How many negatives should you do in a single set cus I can do negatives all day long but can only do 3 normal pullups.

then keep doing normal pullups throughout the day but never go to total failure. so if you can only do 3 just do 2 every hour or so if you can. read up on grease the groove method, it's the best way to increase your pullups fast.

Yes. When I'm training I'll do 2-3 every time I walk past my pull up bar and end up with 25+ done each day. It ramps up my number real fast.
