5 year lifter here, just started taking creatine a month ago and I've noticed a pretty big difference in how pumped I get, and my muscles appear to be fuller when I don't have a pump. Very happy with it.
Question: Why does my creatine look like it's "alive", when I take a scoop out the little bits of creatine look like they're bouncing around, like they can't sit still. Any explanation for that?
