Mexican Stir Fry:
Steak or ground beef seasoned with taco or fajita powder.
Day old Spanish Rice
Black Beans
Bell Pepper
Onions
Garlics
Lime
Cilantro
Avocado
Egg (Optional)
Heat oil (coconut or avocado) in pan on high. When hot, add peppers and onions, stirring frequently. When they begin to soften, add meat and continue to stir fry. Before pulling, from heat add garlic and stir fry till aromatic. Pull from pan and set aside. Stir fry rice until moisture is gone and and it gets fluffy in pan. Add back veggies and meat and beans and stir to combine. Squeeze lime over and add cilantro to taste. Stir to combine. Pull from heat and serve with avocado and/or an over medium egg. If you want dairy, add a dollop of sour cream or yogurt but I usually skip the cheese.

Kidney beans are most definitely approved. Beans are an incredible, cheap way to get protein, carbs, and fiber. You can do a lot with beans. Don't neglect starch/grain though if you're bulking. You need to get enough carbs to have the energy to do your lifts while bulking otherwise it's going to all turn into fat. I recommend brown rice.

Protip: if you're getting a lot of gas from beans, sprinkle on some Japanese sea weed seasoning. Really neutralizes the gas.

looks like you over cooked the shit out of your meat anon. Learn how to cook a steak if you're going to spend the $ on it.

At a minimum use a dry salt/herb brine 30 mins before cooking and sear both sides and finish in the oven. Or you can do a reverse sear, either one.

Spending the extra money to eat over-cooked steak is useless. The difference between a 10 dollar steak and a 30 dollar steak can only tasted at medium-rare or at most medium.

I just buy frozen meatballs (try to find ones with good macros and not too much junk in them), microwave them to thaw, and stir fry them with frozen veggies and some soy sauce and teriyaki sauce.

So, after looking at all these meals, what would be good meals to make in bulk and have throughout the week? I like to cook everything in one day and then fridge it for each meal or so.

It's honestly really easy. Normally I marinate over night but forgot yesterday so it's not even as moist as it usually is.

I took it out of my fridge to allow to come to room temperature, and made a 30 min marinade while the grill heated up.

Minced garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Liquid Aminos (soy sauce). I'm not a big fan of sugar/sweets but I also added SOME brown sugar to get a little sweetness but mostly that crunchy glaze on the outside.

Threw all of that in a zip lock bag and mushed it around for a bit.

Set grill to medium high heat. It should be rocking when these go on.

I put them on for only 5 minutes on one side. Turned them 90 degrees for another 5 minutes, and then twice more. (So 4 sides for a total of 20 minutes). Also close the lid while cooking.

Put on plate for 10 min before cutting into it and that's it.

The key is highish heat for that good char and to turn it on 4 sides since they are cylindrical.

I'm 210lbs and can eat that meal like 3x a day and still be under my calorie goals.

Chicken is easy but can get dry if you cook it like shit. I add a small teaspoon of coconut oil to my Tupperware containers so when I reheat my chicken it's still moist.

Chili is easy to make in bulk.

Buy steam bags of veggies for $1 each at Kroger.

it is my version of quick guvech (Bulgarian type of dish), it is made whit tomato sause, lukanka (it is type of salami like the pepperoni but not exactly the same), white Bulgarian cheese (it is like the feta but a little bit more salty), onions, roasted papers, chilly papers, garlic and spices (savory,paprika, black paper) and just add a tiny drip of olive oil. I cooked it in the oven for 10 minutes then I add eggs and cooked till the eggs are done.
It is like saksuka but not the same.

It depends more on the cut of beef you have than fat content. A ribeye is very fatty but you should only cook that 4-6 mins tops, ~2-3 mins each side or less. Just enough to sear both sides.

In general if you're draining the fat from ground beef, you can be safe at calculating the macros from the next step up of fat content (e.g. 85/15 can be calculated for 93/7). It's not totally correct, but it can come in handy. If you want extra lean macros, just spend a bit more on extra lean

Yeah, this has been something I've been curious about for a while.

On the package my Chicken has been saying 110 Calories per 112 Grams with 25 Grams of Protein per serving. That's raw though right? So if I cook all the chicken in the package and calculate just how many serving it is, I'm not getting the same caloric intact because it's nt raw anymore or am I?
