OP here. I was at 20+% bf back in july. Been working out consistently since then. But im still so far away. I want to get to 12%bf. I am at about 17%now.
Ive heard that it only gets more difficult from here.
Also been on a slow cut so i didnt lose much muscle. Infact i made some strength if not size gains.

How do i get rid of that fat near the outer side of my chest. That shit triggers me.
>>40349950
Try to hit 1/2/3/4 youll look much bigger
>>40349950
If you lost bodyfat you'd look like you lifted. As it stands you look like you're just breaking out of DYEL mode
You actually look remarkably similar to me in terms of body composition, but I think I'm more pronounced purely due to slightly lower bodyfat and perhaps bigger shoulders
Either way keep going, slowly making it

Understand that diet is a separate parallel axis in terms of aesthetic gains and it meets and then goes above lifting in terms of importance as you get bigger. Treat diet as a separate thing to gains and work HARDER on it than on your lifts.

Plates on OHP, Bench, Squat and Dead
It's a marker for what's considered by most to be when you reach intermediate level
Similar body comp here, same height. Lifting for 6 months longer than you. As I was saying, bodyfat % makes the most difference and it's what's holding both you and I back most

Oh
My bench is 135 for reps
Deadlift about 225 x 5
Squats are bad because of an injury. Working up towards 135.
I usually substitute OHP for lateral raises. Do like 35 lbs x 12 bout 3-4 sets.

Lat raises... sub for... ohp... not gonna make it
>>40349992
Keep cutting and you'll lose more fat
>>40350230
1/2/3/4 is the pre-requirement in order to make it. Bench and DL heavier and do squat and OHP
>>40350230
Aiming for 1/2/3/4 isn't a requirement or absolute but it's one of the best ways to reach a good level of physical and aesthetical strength and value in a short and consistent frame of time and effort
Without OHP your Bench will suffer, as will your Deadlifts and other lifts eventually. Add it and reap the benefits.
These are the big four lifts because they all impact tons of other lifts and parts of your body.
