Beginner who is getting a home gym (basics with a bench and some dumbells). As a result I have, and want to lift most days of the week. Can anyone make me a 6 day routine with compound lifts?

Here, have an ultra generic workout

PPLPPLx

Push;
Chest, Bench press, Inclined Bench Press, Declined Bench Press, Inclined Flyes (extras; wide/normal push ups)
Triceps; Overhead extensions, Dips (extra; close push ups)
Shoulders; Lateral raises, Front Raises, Reverse Flyes, Arnold Press

Pull;
Biceps; Curls, Concentration Curls
Forearms; Palms down Curl over bench, Seated one arm Curl
Back; Pull ups, hyper-extensions, one arm DB row, Shrugs

Legs; Romanian Dead Lifts, Body weight lung, DB squat, Standing DB calf raises, Clams/hip circles

Slap in core work every 2 or 3 days, do leg raises, crunches, cocoons, planks and DB side bends.

Do 3-4 sets at 8-12 reps for each, or do more, whatever.
