Chinks have always been crazy strong at powerlifting
at "any" body weight. saying body weight without height doesn't mean much. talking about lifts/body weight is only really useful in a competitive setting where people have settled on a good body weight for their height/frame/levers. beginners should be more concerned with adding weight to the bar and increasing their muscle mass.

It doesn't really matter. I benched 245 for 3x3 at 165lbs. I would be currently benching 225lbs if I didn't hurt my shoulder at 155lbs.
