Is it possible to make any meaningful gains without equipment or weights?

i don't know about aesthethics but i made decent strength progress. went from 35 kg/70/60/70 to 65/95/140/165 in around 7 months. gained around 12 kg. didn't use any supplements. just slow bulk and a min of 8 hours a day sleep.
Chinups. If you did chinups and ate solid you could get pretty shredded but you wouldn't be as big as someone who was doing a solid routine with free weights and machines.

Me too. I'm 6'8" and came out of highschool at 300 pounds. I've been dicking around with fitness for like 3 years and I'm down to 250 and like 17% BF. I work on my chinups and pulluos every other day. If you can't do them, do negative versions of them (grab a chair, start at the top and lower yourself.). I'm lucky because.my new gym has a assisted pullup machine, but technically that's equipment. I can now do one solid pullup after 4 weeks in the gym.
Not if you want to look like that guy
Don't bother

pull ups, swimming, and dieting to 10% bodyfat and you could easily get a slayer tier bod.

The majority of posters on this board are obvious gym shills who want you to buy a $75 a month membership with a $375 initiation fee. Obviously everyone's going to say no. But it's definitely possible.
