I'd like to take creatine but have heard it can possibly speed up balding. I want gainz but I also value my hair. Are the gains creatine can give you worth the risk?
the gains from roids arent even worth it, so what do you think?
You're either predisposed to baldness or you're not. Creatine isn't going to change that.

Creatine doesn't do much 2bh
That being said I am always going to take it

if you have baldness in your genes, it will speed up the process. If you don't, it won't affect you.
fuck my hairline has been going back since I hopped on. not even sure if worth anymore

If you're predisposed to balding it will accelerate things

all supplements are useless unless you are elite athlete and need that final few % performance increase.
don't waste money on any shit. good diet to cover essential vitamins and 7+ hours of sleep is all you need. the only two supplements that are worth it are vitamin d (if you can't get at least 15 min of sun every day) and fish oil.

This is actually pretty good advice. With that said, creatine is the rare exception in that it works fairly well for strength gains and is relatively cheap as long as you don't pay extra for name brand bullshit.
Embrace the baldness. It's a sign of high test. Alpha male mode.
