Yeah same stats my bench sucks too.
Switch to DB benching and use a 45 degree or neutral grip. Way better for tallbros with long arms and I get a lot more chest activation rather than shoulders and/or triceps

Actually, my back is stronger and quads weaker I think. I can do 10 pullups with a plate strapped on and can row a shit ton. Helps to be wide with a big back to make up for shit chest

I started doing my upper body more than legs
posting my routine
lower body - squat, deadlift (C6W)
upper body 3x week - beg bench (3x nucklos), pull ups 4x max, shoulder work 3x 8-12, pendaly row (3x nucklos), dumbell flies/dumbell bench press 3x8-12, arms work 3x 8-12 for bi and tri
and actually when I can push press 100kg (225lbs) I wouldnt care doing shrugs since my upper body is all trap/shoulders mode
