So I've been on a cut for about 2 months now. Im ~10 or 15 lbs away from being quite lean. Im probably about 13% bf right now. How much bf can I realistically drop in 3 weeks if I immediately switch my diet to keto? And after those 3 weeks if I go back to eating carbs regularly will I put all of it back on?

that anon is talking about water weight, during the first week of ketosis, you'll lose a shit ton of water weight (for example maybe you'll lose 7 lbs but only 2 out of those will be fat) once you leave ketosis and gain the water weight back you'll jump in the scale a little bit but that doesn't mean that you gained back the fat.
as far as i know, all keto does for you is reduce your appetite significantly through ketosis, So fatties have a little bit more control over their diet, and the fact that they can still eat fatty foods helps a lot, there are no other benefits, there's no proof that your body burns more fat in ketosis, that is BS.
I myself don't have the willpower to say no to healthy carbs (oats, rice, beans, etc) I also fucking hate having the keto flu and metallic breath, but i still limit my calories to around 1200 on a cut, which is the most important part of the whole weight loss thing, do what's best for you
