Played basketball, got btfo by a 15 year old posting me up like a child. i'm 21 years old, I missed literally every free shot I was given.
But you know what, it wasn't a complete failure, I went to the gym today. And learned a little bit.

I skipped my run due to exams and postphoned my gym workout by 1 day. I make my penance tonight.
Got pain that prevents me from bending over after yesterday's leg press and squats. Pain got slightly better after a night of sleep but it's still there, fairly strong.
First time lifting in 11 months so didn't even try to overdo my weights. Fuck, if I managed to strain a muscle or have herniated disc everything's going to shit.
