I remember falling for this awhile ago. Didn't feel shit at all not even a bump in sex drive. (maybe because i was already on zinc idk) anyways after about a month I felt like it was leading to me holding more water weight and adding fat (didnt change routine or diet at all before or during) so I believe it adversly affected my hormonal levels. Also i was taking 25mg every morning. IMO not worth it
