Best advice I had for highschool was to play a sport. You could be a 5'8 140lb whatever in lacrosse, football, basketball, swimming, etc. There would always be those unbelievably huge 6'4+ kids that were absolutely jacked. Chances are if you were in their group of friends, people wouldn't really bother fucking with you.
