I prep a Pyrex tray weekly, and just scoop myself some in the morning.

2. The happier the animal, the less stress and cortisol it makes. Again, cortisol only affects the CHICKEN, not the nutrients of the egg. And even then, at most it will make the chicken a little bit tougher than normal. It's like eating fish that put up a fight vs pulling a fish out of the water and eating it right there - the difference is the toughness in the meat caused by used up ATP.

Golden rice, apples, bananas, strawberries, oranges, etc. All either made to be larger or implanted with genes for extra vitamins and nutrients. Not every GMO is herbicide/insecticide resistance.
