PPL / ULUL aren't routines; they're patterns that many routines follow in terms of targeting certain muscle groups. There's no ONE way to build aesthetics, but you can find a few here:

So why is PPL twice a week not good for natties? Is this a myth? I remember that Trappy used to tell people lifting more than 5 times a week wasn't optimal for natties, but I was wondering if there's any truth to that?

When measuring bodyfat with a 3 point test, do I pinch the calipers? How much? And how big of a piece of skin do I pinch?
I've realised that if I pinch them tight, or don't pinch at all, I get radically different measurements. Which is the most accurate?
