I believed I used to have a weak jaw so I've been mewing and chewing mastic gum for over two years and I'd like to say I've seen some improvements. Don't have any before pictures so can't compare. Also been using minoxidil for over a year so that explains the patchy beard. I started with absolutely no facial hair because I'm Asian.
