What is your diet typically like? I don't measure too much of what I eat, but this is mine:
Breakfast
>0.5 cup oatmeal in 1 cup skim milk
>150g greek yogurt
>1 banana
Post-workout
>1 scoop of ON in 8 oz skim milk
Lunch
>10 oz boneless/skinless chicken breast
>carb, i.e. potatoes/pasta, etc
>spinach and broccoli
Dinner
>more chicken or shrimp, maybe beef
>same, some sort of carb
>veggies, usually spinach or broccoli
Cheeky dessert (if im under)
>cheesecake/ice cream/what the fuck ever
I go out to eat usually 2-4x per week as well.
Body Weight
>Maintaining 175-178 lbs since Dec. 2016.
Conclusion: I dont get why people flock to all these fad diets (keto, etc), I almost always hit or surpass (.8 x BW) g in protein and haven't gained weight. The only downside is I spent $40/month + on chicken alone.
