Whenever I do any shoulder press movement with a barbell or dumbbell my left shoulder pops and feels uncomfortable, how can resistance bands help this?

The heaviest band is 33lbs plus you can clip on all the other bands at the same time and add up to 94lbs in total. Do you think high rep work would do anything in terms of hypertrophy?

i dont know whats wrong with you so take with a grain of salt

make sure you warm your shoulders up thoroughly before working them, theres a bunch of videos on youtube, but something along the lines of band overhead pulldowns band dislocates, band straight arm chest flies, etc.

after workouts i'd do a bunch of band work too. YTWL's, external/internal rotaions, dislocates, pull aparts, things of that nature

i mean, yea, anything with progressive overload will make you stronger/bigger. its just why do that when you can lift weights or even calisthenics.

I used the thicc rubber bands at my gym stretched onto some pins on the pullup rack to give me assistance on wide grip pullups. 1st week couldn't do any unassisted. I'm into week 3 and can do 4 unassisted on my first set and use the bands to finish out my reps/sets. My gym doesn't have an assisted pullup machine and my gym buddy isn't always there to grab my feet.
