My best results have come through a 4 day right/left routine.

The X factor routine has worked wonders for me. Right arm + left leg, left arm + right leg, Neck + glute, upper body + groin, rest

Same I'm 6'3 and have been lifting for 6 years, but have never gotten a formal program together. Personally I just separate into chest/tris, biceps, legs, back, and shoulder days and work whatever has had the most time to recover. I've been doing this on my own and I've gained but am still pretty lean but built. Over the past four years ive only gained 25lbs but I do cross country so hard to put on weight. currently 175lbs
If anybody has a better suggestion for tall people programs (especially leg day) I'd love to hear
