When I was training for a 12 hour race last year I was having a lot of problems with tightness in my right calf. Tried a foam roller and haven't has any problems since so shove that up your fat arse.

you're right, self-myofascial release is a meme
if you ever feel tightness in your lower back, you should probably pile on more weight. that ought to do the trick. and make sure to arch your back as much as possible.

Doing Joe Defranco's limber 11 and simple 6 has literally changed my life.
Used to have an insane case of APT. Fixed
Used to have terrible shoulder pain because no matter what I would always wake up contorted and sleeping on my shoulder. Fixed
I now have zero orthopedic pain and can do shit like full back bridges, ATG squats with no buttwink or lumbar rounding, and can do a full planche to handstand progression.
You're a total fuckhead OP
>foam roll
>feels good
>keep doing it
yep
i've also seen highly trained olympic lifters use a bumper plate to roll their back
