so im trying to clean bulk and i was told i should limit my sugar intake as low as possible.
What would happen for example if i drink a redbull daily. Would that make any harm?

That's like asking about the optimal amount of cigarettes to smoke- the answer is none. The only sugar you should ingest is in whole fruit. That's it.

IMHO even if you are following the higher reference you should be ok since you lift
