When I was poor I had no problem fitting healthy food into my diet. As long as you stick with basic vegetables and don't go for fancy shit like shiitake mushrooms or organically grown stuff then vegetables are some of the cheapest things you can buy. Cheap meats like sardines and other canned meat or eggs are a cheap source of protein and bread, rice and pasta can be dirt cheap and filling.

If you were to put together a grocery list with the intention of being a cheap as possible you would almost certainly be able to do it cheaper if you bought the things I listed instead of processed shit. Why are these people so retarded.

I have a question. I'm slightly underweight and I eat whatever I want. ( I'm very unhealthy) My girlfriend struggles with her weight.

I'm convinced the only difference is that I stop eating when I no longer feel hungry because I hate the feeling of being full. It will literally make me gag to force myself to eat more food.

It seems like everyone else eats until they're stuffed though. They can't possibly enjoy it because they say it hurts and have to sleep it off.

Why would anyone do that to themselves? I've never understood. You can always take the food home and finish it later.
