Going on vacation for 10 days. No gym, no equipment available. Anything I can do to lose as little gains as possible? Is there a point at all to bother doing bodyweight shit or should I just deal with the minor losses and enjoy my vacation?
Make sure you're hitting your protein macros and you're fine Anon. You won't lose your gains in 10 days if you're eating right.
Enjoy your holiday.
>huuuurrrrr ddddduuuurrrr muh sqwats and diddylift duuuuurrrrr
When going back to normal life, should one lift the same weights from the last workout or try and increase as if no pause took place?

Are you OP? If it's only 10 days, start where you left off and see how you feel, if you're not feeling quite as strong deload slightly and continue from there.
Just listen to your body my man.

>eating right
desu if he's not training for 10 days he should use it as an oppertunity to cut and just eat like 1200 cal a day in protien and do some bodyweight shit and lose a couple lbs

...except not lifting is the worst way to cut because you'll lose more muscle than fat

Nothing I said contradicts your advice.
However we know nothing about OP's body. He might be a skelly, he might be skinny fat, he might be a power lifter. I gave advice that is relevant no matter what; not everybody is going to want to cut during their holiday.

Alright famalam thanks
I'll try to stuff myself with the hotel buffet
Isometrics every other day will help you keep your gains.

>eat like 1200 cal a day in protien
on vacation is really tough to do this as most of the times you're unable to choose your food and you have to just make do with the few available options.
And most certainly the options given are very poor in proteins...

Just buy some brotein shakes from a corner shop on the way there or something

10 scoops a day
jesus christ dude, it takes a long time of dedicated, disciplined work to build muscle correct? you're not going to lose your gains in 10 days, wtf is wrong with this board. if you're feeling like you want to be productive or whatever do pullups, pushups, crunches, idk it's not a big deal whatsoever.

Not like I thought I'd all of a sudden turn into a skeleton, just wanted to minimize whatever small potential losses there would be
