How the hell am i supposed to eat only around 80 carbs a day?
I am on a 1.8k kcal cut and 100g of rice is already fucking 70+ carbs.
I can't fucking survive without pasta for half a year.
What the hell do i do?

I cut on 2100 and only my breakfast doesn't have carbs. And that is only because its eggs.
I have wholewheat bread in my other meals as I find it more filling than rice. And beans in the evening with toast.
Dropped 3kg since January I am about 14-15% BF now.

The only thing i do differently from others is i drink absolutely no coffee. zero. Just water and watered apple juice.

Carbs aren't supposed to be heavily cut. They're your energy source. Stop listening to the keto fags here. Carbs should be roughly 40-50% of your caloric intake, cutting or bulking.
