/fit/ I guess.

I came here after looking in the mirror one day and not recognizing the fat fuck staring back at me. So I remembered that /fit/ was a thing one day while I was looking at other boards, came here and read the sticky.

I had never lifted before, never really thought about muscles or anything, just didn't want to be fat. Reading through /fit/ threads made it seem like something I could do, so I thought since I had never done it before I should try it at least once.

At some point I decided I wanted crazy big traps, so I guess that's become sort of a long term goal that helps keep me going.

Took 2 scoops of my brother's (c4) and did a couple sets of concentration curls and thought I was making it.

I hate being overweight. Even when I'm only 15-20 pounds overweight, I still feel the loose flab hanging around on my thighs and arms, and I see my muffin top in the mirror, and it makes me feel absolutely pig disgusting. I have no idea how fat people are ever comfortable with so much loose skin/fat bouncing around on their bodies when they walk or do anything physical.

I also like being able to lift heavy things that felt heavier to me before, it feels great and it's almost empowering in a way.
