I'm trying to minimize the damage I'm doing by drinking, I heard red wine is probably the healthiest option other than not drinking, I come to you for suggestions on healthy red wine thats affordable and I would have a chance to find in a grocery store, i dislike dry red wine, but im trying to learn to appreciate it, pic was when i wasnt a neck beard...

Op, here, I read that smaller vineyards that still ferment the old fashoin way are better than the larger massed produced wines, makes sense, but i have no idea any names or what i should look for.... i just want a few suggestions to get started on

I don't know much about wine but I would look at your local wineries. There are smaller wineries around here and other places that are more likely to do it the old way
