Ive been working out for a couple months and I can OHP 135x1 I can bench 200x4 (not sure of 1RM) I can squat 275x5 (not sure of 1RM) and deadlift 315x1 (havent tried to DL heavy since so it might be higher)
Do you think it would be possible to hit the 1/2/3/4 lifts and then go into a cut?
What's your height and weight? I've been lifting for 1.5 years and only recently hit 135 ohp and 315 squat. All of my lifts are stalling to shit.

yes.

if you can bench 200x5 you can probably 1 rep 225, you need to deadlift about 360x5 to hit 405 though

Is it just me or is the deadlift # way above the other numbers and out of proportion
I don't know when I hit 1234 but in 14 months of training my total for BP DL and squat was 1145. I still feel dyel as fuck. 5'10" 188lbs as of today. How can you think about cutting when you haven't even got big? That's how I feel.

I feel that way too, but pound for pound think of how much stronger you are than me.
I have like 10lbs of weight on you and a sub 1000lbs total.
I feel I might be better off dropping the fat and then going into another bulk

Just remember... Usually when you cut you tend to lose strength. What's more important to you, putting up heavy ass weight or looking good and keeping or losing your numbers? Strength = aesthetics, eventually... I'm in it for the end game stats senpai.

1/2/3/4 is out of proportion, not your lifts

i'm ~6 months in and i can do 60kg/85/130/150 so almost there. stalled once for a week but that was it. i can probably get there before they run out.
