I was doing that and got to 3000-3250 cals/day for 2 months & thought I'd gained 4 kilos, went away for a few days and didn't eat as much and the weight went back down almost to the baseline and hasn't really risen again in like a week
So i guess i'm worried that i'm only making water weight gains and not actual tissue
